In the final competition of the year 11anglers caught 39 fish for a total bag weight of 61lbs 6oz. Water level was low, with most fish caught in the Narrows and Clampitts. Best flies were buzzers, diawl bachs, nomads and woolley buggers.
Duke Elsworth won the raffle prize.

A difficult day to locate the fish and the water level is as low as I have seen the reservoir in years. Best flies of the day were diawl bachs, buzzers and blobs.

17 Anglers caught 31 fish for an incredible average size of just over 3lbs. Mike Boston took the best bag of 5 for 21lbs 13oz. Fish were taken on Montana Nymph, Diawl Bachs, Buzzers and Nomads. The water level was low with the banks steep and exposed areas of mud.

On a hot sunny 25degree day the fish proved harder to catch, 17 anglers caught 32 fish for total bag weight of 53lbs 15oz. Floating line only competition, best flies Orange Nomads, Diawl bachs and Woolly Buggers in assorted colours.
Best fish of the day went to Robert Gale with an over wintered fish of 2lbs 8oz.
As Robert won the best bag the top fish prize was given to 4th place Chris Sherwood and Rob also won the raffle draw prize.

For the time of year a fantastic warm sunny day for April with free rising fish. The majority of the fish were taken from the Narrows up towards the causeway on both sides with Damsels, Diawl Bach's, Nomads and Boobies taking the fish. Winners pictured below
