For the 2nd Round of the Snowbee Top Rod 2020 we were having our first boat competition of the year at Wimbleball, high up on Exmoor.
With a moderate Westerly wind of 20mph, plus a big wave at times we were lucky to get the boats out today.
We had a mix of sunshine and showers but when those heavy showers turned up the temperature dropped by a degree or 2.
Despite the conditions 14 anglers took part and caught 46 fish for a bag weight of 136LBS 8.5OZ
Average catch was 3.28 and average weight was 2LBS 15OZ
There were 8 bag limits and the best fish of the day went to Andy Gooding of Liverton - 5LBS 8OZ
Other notable fish were, Mike Steer of Bovey Tracey 4LBS 10OZ, Andy Watson of Bovey Tracey 4LBS 9OZ and Alex Venn Top Junior 4LBS 6OZ.

Best areas were Cow Moor, Ruggs and Sailing Club Bay.
