Snowbee Top Rod April 30th Blagdon Boat

Round 3 of the Snowbee Top Rod event was at Blagdon Lake on the edge of the Mendip Hills near to Bristol, the Lake was built between 1898 and 1905 and is 440 acres in size.

We had 10 boats booked and had 21 members turn up so 1 boat had to have 3 in a boat!

Weather was mainly cloudy with light rain in the morning, drying up into the afternoon with a SW wind and 13 degrees.

This event is the "Fred Pike Memorial Cup" remembering one of our members who used to love fishing Blagdon.
