Round 4 of the Snowbee Top Rod Competition was at Siblyback on Bodmin Moor.
Siblyback is 140 acres and was built in 1969 to supply water to East Cornwall.
We had a delayed start by 30 minutes so we could get a bacon roll from Olive's Cafe based at Siblyback which opened at 0900.
Walk off was at 0930 with fishing from 1000-1700 with the weigh in at 1730.
Weather was 14 degrees with light NE wind and some sunshine, no rain!
It was also SW Lakes taster day so anyone could have a go at casting with instructors on hand. Great to catch up with Chairman of Siblyback Fly Fishers, Ron Wilday and also Rodney Wevill and Leon Fisher from SW Lakes Trust. Thanks for lending me the scales Ron!
